With 15 years of dedicated experience, my name is Allison Pelletier, and my journey in the beauty industry began right here at The Total Look. As a veteran technician, I’ve had the privilege of leading two nail tech apprenticeships, sharing my passion and expertise with the next generation of professionals. I am certified in OPI Powder Perfection and specialize in high-quality manicures, pedicures, and acrylics. However, I believe my work goes far beyond just "pretty nails." I am most proud of the specialized care I provide to those facing health or physical challenges. Whether I am assisting the elderly, diabetic clients, or individuals with limited physical capacity, I find deep fulfillment in helping people manage their hand and foot health when they cannot do so themselves. A graduate of the Aveda Institute, Jada Gilman joined The Total Look shortly after earning her license in 2023. Jada has a passion for creating seamless, 'lived-in' hair color, specializing in custom highlighting techniques for both blondes and brunettes. Committed to evolving her craft, she is currently completing certifications in lash lifting, brow lamination, and tinting. Jada is dedicated to providing a comprehensive beauty experience and looks forward to welcoming new clients into her chair.

Hi! I’m Grace Tarr, and I’ve been styling hair since 2019. I’ve found my creative home at The Total Look, where I get to do what I love every single day alongside an amazing team. Connecting with people is at the heart of everything I do. Whether I’m working on precision cutting, custom coloring, or texture perms, my goal is always to make you feel like the best version of yourself. I have a special passion for bridal and updo styling—there is nothing quite like the joy of helping a client feel stunning on their big day! My eye for color actually started back in hair school, where I won a CHI color contest that sent me on an unforgettable trip to Houston, Texas.
