Owned and operated by Sheila Cunningham, our salon is dedicated to providing a professional, inclusive, and welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors. We pride ourselves on being a tight-knit, team-oriented salon where our stylists work together to ensure every client leaves happy. Cancellation Policy

At The Total Look, we value your business and look forward to seeing you in our chairs. Because we are a small business, our stylists rely on scheduled appointments to make a living. To ensure we can continue providing the best service to all our guests, we have established the following Cancellation Policy: 24-Hour Notice: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 30% of the scheduled service fee. No-Calls/No-Shows: If an appointment is missed without any notification, 100% of the service fee will be charged. Repeated No-Shows: After three no-shows, we will unfortunately no longer be able to book future appointments for you. We truly understand that life happens and emergencies arise. We will always take individual circumstances and emergencies into consideration before applying these fees. Over nearly four decades, I have built my career on a foundation of compassion and appreciation for every guest who walks through our doors. While I specialize in precision haircuts, custom colors, and perms, my true passion lies in the atmosphere we’ve created. I pride myself on fostering a supportive team environment, encouraging "my girls" to work together to ensure every client feels genuinely welcome and valued. For me, it’s about more than just great hair; it’s about serving our community with excellence and heart.

Katie-Anne Donnelly

With 17 years of experience—16 of those spent right here at The Total Look—I’ve turned my passion for hair into a lifelong career. My name is Katie-Anne Donnelly, and I truly love what I do because I love the people I get to serve every day. I specialize in custom haircuts and colors, but I also have a deep appreciation for the science of texture. Whether you are looking for a classic perm or a sleek, certified Keratin smoothing treatment, I am dedicated to helping you achieve a look that makes you feel confident and refreshed. Connecting with people is at the heart of everything I do. Whether I’m working on precision cutting, custom coloring, or texture perms, my goal is always to make you feel like the best version of yourself. I have a special passion for bridal and updo styling—there is nothing quite like the joy of helping a client feel stunning on their big day! My eye for color actually started back in hair school, where I won a CHI color contest that sent me on an unforgettable trip to Houston, Texas. I can’t wait to welcome you into my chair and help you achieve your hair goals!
